A refreshing springtime cocktail with just the right amount of sweetness and smoke!
Spring has arrived and it’s time to serve refreshing cocktails. The Refresco de Menta uses fresh mint, muddled with fresh lime and blood orange juices to create the perfect springtime cocktail! You can adjust the sweetness of this cocktail by varying the amount of agave syrup used.
- 3-4 sprigs muddled mint
- 1.75 oz. Sunora Bacanora Blanco
- 1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz. Freshly squeezed blood orange
- ½ oz. Agave syrup
- ½ oz. Pomegranate juice
- Shake and Strain
- Rocks glass/ Dirty ice
- Garnish: Expressed mint sprig
